HELP!!! JVC widescreen rear projector looks funny

Our widescreen hd tv won't converge properly.  I've done everything I can find online to try to fix it, thinking it was just the focus, but it's not.  It seems that a "screen" inside the red and green tubes slopes.  Is there a way to get in it to fix it?  Please if there is, let me know!!!  Otherwise we have to pay 700 dollars to fix it.  I can buy a new tv with that.  And I don't want to give up on our tv yet!!!  Someone please, if you know how to fix it... let me know.  If you can walk me through it call, 979-709-4185, or just reply on here.  Thanks!
