The driver CD I got doesn't do much. It updates the firmware is all I can see. If you plug it into a USB port and it doesn't automatically appear in My Computer maybe your Windows 98 is not Second Edition and might not have support for some USB (or any) devices. I have uploaded it to the following link: http://s59.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=33VS44W3WLQAJ1Z10L7FJJ5CJJ |

Snoogans, your link doesn't do much because it just appears as "link not found". |

Hi, Please can anyone tell me how to fix my support plus mp3 player. I am on windows XP which kept saying unknown device each time the mp3 usb is in place. Further prode showed no drivers for this device which had been working perfectly before now. |

Ensure the main power switch on the player is on the 'on' position before plugging into your pc, otherwise the pc won't detect it. same goes with almost all mp3 players. Cheers. [Posted from : AUSTRALIA] |

I'm having the same issue with my mp3 player and windows vista. I have the supportplus 20 gig player and windows keeps telling me that it's and unknown device. I don't have the drives installed as I no longer have the install disk. And yes the unit is powered on. [Posted from : UNITED STATES] |
