Faulty support plus mp3 player
Hi,

Please can anyone tell me how to fix my support plus mp3 player. I am on windows XP which kept saying unknown device each time the mp3 usb is in place. Further prode showed no drivers for this device which had been working perfectly before now.

have you tried the reset button on the back on the unit?  Did you install updates or any new software?
