2004 Endeavor: timing chain servicing, paint deteriorat
OK here it is...why does the time chain need to be replaced and when is the optimal interval for this (as contrasted with dealers recommended schedule?

Anyone else having problems with rapid deterioration of the finish on their mitsu at the five year point?  (water based paint issues?)
