Another way is to just take all of the powder from the piccolo pete (except the brown powder) and put it in alluminum foil and wrap it around tightly. Once its in a small ball of foil you conceal it in two bottle caps with one of them having a hole for the wick. place the wick through the hole and duct tape the bottle caps together making a very small but very large explosion. you can also do it the old fashion way by by smashing it with tape wrapped around it and then placing it in the bottle and then light. not only that you avoid the sepration of the powders making it alot easier. [Posted from : UNITED STATES] |

dood all you do is take off the red piece on the bottom,then hammer it at the end until a bit of powder (white) comes out then tape it at the bottom,then hammer it in the front until a bit of powder comes out then tape it now start taping the whole thing ,lite trow it and scare the shit out of your nabor! |

my variation: put only the powder in the bottom of the bottle. put a hole in the cap. tie a knot in the middle of the fuse and hang in in the hole of the cap. when the flame reaches the knot, the botton half of the fuse will fall to the bottom of the bottle and ignite the powder. it doesnt really matter if the powder spreads in the bottle, it will still all ignite. another thing to do is take the wrapper off the bottle. it will allow the bottle to expand more and it will be louder. |

1) Empty powder into a bottle. Hang the wick half in, half out of the opening in the bottle. Screw the cap over the wick. This makes the bottle seal itself (kind of) as the wick burns. Light and run. 2)Take the base off of a Piccolo Pete/Whistling Phantom. Pound the end with a hammer until you start seeing white powder come out. Tape it up with Duct tape or electrical tape. Light and run, or light and throw, or put inside of a bottle and light. 3)Take the base off a Piccolo Pete/Whistling Phantom. Pound the end with a hammer until you start seeing white powder come out. Put the base back on. Stand it up. Light and run. (Just pointing out you don't NEED the tape, but it does make for better boom). Concerning 2 and 3. You can play around with how much of the firework you pound before lighting. I have noticed that if you pound the hole thing you get rid of the whistle and end up with a nice boom. If you just pound the base, you get a whistle and then a boom at the end, but it isn't usually as big. Putting the powder into bottles definitely creates the loudest boom. |

1. Remove bottem of firework Picciclo petesafty powder until white powder is visible. 3. Using duct tape THOUGOUGHLY cover pete with tape (start at the botttem near the hole and work your way alllll the way uo until it closes around the wick. use about 3-6 layers 4. After a good tape job hammer two sides until the pete is flattish ( no white pouder should escape either side) 5. Re-tape pete once more (about 2-4 layeres) 6, Light wick 7. RUNN AWAYYY you may need to experiment with various tapes/ amounts this is just what works best for me |

Here is the real deal. Go buy a stick of 3/4 or 1 inch PVC pipe. Also buy matching sized "caps" and some PVC cement glue. Cut the PVC into a 4 inch long piece, use the cement to attach one cap to the end and let dry. Using pliers and a small funnel, empty the powder in the piccolo pete into the PVC tube until a hint of the brown powder is seen. 1 or 2 petes is sufficient. Drill a small hole in another cap so the wic can slide in and out and allow air into the PVC for the explosion to occur. Glue the cap with the hole onto the main piece and let dry. Slip the wic into the whole, light and run like hell. The whole thing desintagrates and is sooooo much louder than a 2 litre bottle. Play with the size of the PVC and the length, amount of powder etc. The possibilities are endless. |

1:get all the white powder from a pack of piccolo pete's 2:wrap in tin foil 3:insert fuse 4:place in sturdy plastic bottle (Disani) with fuse coming out of the cap (poke a hole with a small nail) 5:light 6:run like hell |

I bang out all the brown powder from the bottom nd wrape the piccolo tightly with duct tape. |
