Answer:
1. download SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Edition
2. install SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Edition
3. disable the internet connection
4. edit the hosts file

1. click on the Windows button (Bottom left)
2. click on -All Programs-
3. click on -Accessories-
4. right-click on -Notepad- and run as -Administrator-
5. click on -File- and click on -Open-
6. left, click on -Local Disk C-:
7. right, double-click on -Windows-
8. then scroll down. You are viewing -System32-
9. double-click on -System32-
10.then scroll down. You are viewing -drivers-
11. double-click on -drivers-
12. double-click on -etc-
13. bottom right you'll see -text files (txt)-. Click on -text files (txt)- and then click (important) on  -All Files-
14. double-click on -hosts-
15. under
# ::1             localhost          -Copy and Paste-
127.0.0.1 license.superantispyware.com

16. if you have copied and pasted, above click on -File- and then on -Save-
17. start SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Edition, enter the serial number and Activation Code

Anon , All serial is good it will be appear on the screen invalid key or id whatever once you close the window and re open  Everything will be fine

Thank you for your advice.  

Despite exhaustive efforts, I wondered if I had been wrong in carrying out the host file editing procedure primarily because
1. On Step 15, instead of copy and paste, I deleted the whole message inside
  and replaced it with  #127.0.0.1 license.superantispyware.com
2. I then clicked on File- and then on Save-
3. The input of Serial Number and Activation Code was carried out after I had
  disconnected the Internet
4. Realizing that I might wrong, I removed the whole program using Uninstaller
  tool as well as cleaned the Registry via regedit
5. So doing, I noticed that I was unable to get back, on program reinstall,
  that original whole message which was supposed to appear after Step 14
  How could I get it back?

3. install SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Edition

4. disable the internet connection

5. edit the hosts file
