Does Mccafee virus scanner/firewall block cloaked redirects?
Is anyone using McCafee virus scanner/firewall, and knows whether or not it stops webpages from loading if they have cloaked redirection?

I'm pretty sure it does block sites with cloaked redirection by default.  I don't know why though. Redirection is a legitimate tool in building a site, and I can't think of any way that it could possibly be used to deliver a virus or do anything harmful. I'd turn it off.

You're right. It does block webpages with cloaked URL's by default. God knows why though.
